Trigger Actions with Zendesk Workflows

Prerequisites
Enable the integration from the Zendesk Integrations page.
Enable workflow as required.
Create a Zendesk Ticket
Set trigger conditions to create a Zendesk ticket whenever a response in Dropthought meets those conditions. This helps you quickly address customer issues and turn unhappy customers into satisfied ones.
Follow the below steps to set up trigger:
Create a new trigger or edit an existing one.
After specifying the trigger conditions, click the Add action button.
Select Set up Workflows on Zendesk from the Select Action(s) screen.
Select the workflow create a ticket on Zendesk.
You will be redirected to the ticket creation section.
Enter details like the subject, status, priority, assignee ID, tags, due date, public comment, customer type, and topic.
Click on Apply & Save.
The action card will be created. You can edit and delete anytime in the future.
To activate the trigger, ensure that your trigger status is turned ON by clicking on the toggle at the top-right corner.
