Zendesk Workflows

Integrating Zendesk and Dropthought allows you to connect your Dropthought account with your Zendesk account, facilitating data exchange between the two platforms.

This article will help you to understand:

  1. What are the various available workflows?

  2. When do you use these workflows?

  3. How do you enable and disable Zendesk workflows?


Workflows

Note: This integration can create a ticket in Zendesk.

Create a ticket in Zendesk:

By setting triggers in Dropthought, customer feedback can automatically create tickets in Zendesk, helping resolve issues fast and improve customer satisfaction.

Enable Workflows

Follow the below steps to enable Zendesk workflows:

Note: Make sure your Zendesk account is linked with your Dropthought account.

  1. Navigate to the Zendesk integration page. Click on the Zendesk logo. You can view the available workflows below the app’s logo.

  1. You will find the available workflow on the following page. Click on the Use Workflow button against the required workflow.           
                      

  2. Click Use workflow.

                                   

  1. You will be prompted upon successfully activating the workflow.    

  2. The Use workflow button changes to Stop using workflow.

Disable workflow

Follow the below steps to disable Zendesk workflows:

  1. Navigate to the Zendesk integration page. 

                                    

  2. Click on Stop using workflow provided against the required workflow.

  1. You will be prompted to confirm. Click on Yes, I’m sure to complete the process.

Note: You will be prompted when you disable the workflow. The “Stop using workflow” button will be changed to “Use Workflow.” The workflow will be unavailable to use while setting the triggers.
