Workflows in dtWorks

Integrating dtWorks and Dropthought helps you automatically create tickets in dtWorks and send out programs when they're closed.
This article will help you to understand:
What are the various available workflows?
When do you use these workflows?
How do you enable and disable DT works workflows?
Workflows
There are two ways of workflow:
Create dtWorks tickets automatically based on Dropthought responses. Learn more: Triggers dtWorks
Send programs to contacts when dtWorks tickets are closed, and details are sent to Dropthought. Learn more: Import contact dtWorks
Record Dropthought response against the respective customer profile on dtWorks. Learn more: Triggers dtWorks
Enable Workflow
Follow the below steps to enable dtWorks workflows:
Note: Make sure your dtWorks account is linked with your DT account.
Navigate to the dtWorks integration page. Click on the dtworks logo. You can view the available workflows below the app’s logo.
Enable the relevant workflow from the following Integrations Page based on your needs.
Click Use workflow.
You will be prompted upon successfully activating the workflow.
The Use workflow button changes to Stop using workflow.
Disable workflow
Follow the below steps to disable dtWorks workflows:
Navigate to dtWorks integration page.
Click on Stop using workflow provided against the required workflow.
You will be prompted to confirm. Click on Yes, I’m sure to complete the process.
Note: You will be prompted upon disabling the workflow. Further, the “Stop using workflow” button will be changed to “Use Workflow”. The workflow will be unavailable to use while setting the triggers.
