Download Report

Apart from sharing the reports via email, you can also download reports from Dropthought and share them offline.

You can download a report for results obtained from each question within a date range only. No other filters can be applied.

File Formats

You can download a report in the following file formats:

1. PDF

2. Powerpoint

3. Microsoft Excel

4. Comma Separated Value

Download Report

Before downloading a report, please ensure to select the desired date range of responses.

Follow the below steps to initiate downloading a report in any of the available file formats:

1. Navigate to the Reports page of the program.

   

2. Locate the Download icon on the top right corner of the page.

   

3. Select the required file format from the drop-down menu.

   

4. You will be prompted to confirm the download in the following pop-up.

   

5. Click on Go to Downloads to find the report ready to download in the selected file format.

6. Click on the Download icon to download the file. You can also view the previously downloaded list of files on the same page.

   

7. Click on Delete icon if you wish to delete the file from the download list.

   

Note: The Segments Tab in downloaded reports provides a detailed visual representation of segment-wise data.

• NPS Breakdown: A table shows the number of Promoters, Passives, and Detractors, along with the population, responses, and response rate for each segment.

• Metrics Breakdown: A separate table displays the rating scales, population, responses, and response rate for different metrics.

• Metadata Tables: Each metadata header has a table that offers a detailed view of segment-specific data.
