Upon publishing the program, all the responses received for each question will be captured in real-time within this tab. You can view and further break down the responses. If you have text analytics enabled, the responses to open-ended questions can be broken down into categories and sentiments.
All the responses can be downloaded as PDF, PNG, or CSV based on the question type.

Rating questions

View Count Breakdown and Percentage Breakdown Switch between the tabs to view the response count or percentage, as well as the count or percentage of promoters, detractors, and passives. Hover over the bar to view the number/percentage of responses along with promoters, detractors and passives received for each option.  |

Open-ended questions

View responses received for each of the open-ended questions All the responses will be listed with related categories and date & time of response. These can be selected from the drop down menu. |

If Text Analytics is enabled The responses can be restructured using category/intent + sentiment: User can select a category from the drop-down menu and combine it with one or more sentiments. Similar functionality is available for Intent as well. |
Multiple Open-ended questions
Click on each label to view the responses received for the respective label.

File Upload
Users can view the format of the file uploaded as responses. Clicking on the respective bar lets you view all the responses within the file format.
