Programs- An Overview

Our Program makes collecting and analyzing feedback seamless. You can easily customize your Program’s look, share it on different distribution channels, thoroughly evaluate all the feedback you receive using reports, and smoothly take any required actions in response.

Types of Programs

Dropthought has two types of programs:

1. Regular Program: These include surveys and assessments commonly used for employee feedback, product evaluation, research studies, and other purposes. Such programs can have skip logic that displays questions based on responses.

2. Audit Program: such programs allow respondents to switch pages without a defined order. They can also invite collaborators.
   

Find ‘Programs'

Upon logging in to Dropthought, you will be automatically navigated to the Programs Overview tab. If not, you can find the program's icon and click on it from the left side panel.

Program Status

A program goes through various stages from the beginning till the end of collecting responses.

The different tab names can distinguish the individual stages:

Active: All programs actively collecting responses will be available here.

Drafts: All programs currently under editing and yet to be published will be available here.

Scheduled: All the programs that are published but are scheduled for collecting responses at a later date or time will be available here. Such programs can be modified until the scheduled date. You can view the Program’s scheduled date on the respective program card.

All: All the programs that are created on Dropthought will be available here. The tab displays programs irrespective of the program status.

Expired: All programs no longer collecting responses will be available here. You can view the reports for the collected feedback.
