Link Dropthought Kiosk using Token ID

Remote management kiosk lets you manage your kiosk from afar. You can check and update your survey without being in person and do it all from the comfort of your home.

This is an alternative method of linking a Kiosk. For this method, you will use the token ID from the Kiosk App on the Dropthought mobile app.

1. How do you find the Token ID on the Kiosk App?

2. Where do you enter the Token ID on the Dropthought Enterprise App?

3. How do you link the Kiosk App with the organization’s Dropthought Account?

Step 1: Gather Token ID

Follow the below steps to find a Token ID to link your Kiosk device to your organization’s Dropthought account:

1. Go to the Dropthought Kiosk App.

2. From the login screen, look for Link Kiosk for Remote Management beneath where you enter your login details.

   

3. Clicking on that option will trigger a pop-up guiding you to link your kiosk for remote management.

   

4. You will find a QR code and a Token ID.

5. To link the device, enter the Token ID on the Dropthought mobile app. The steps are in the following section.

6. Click on Okay, got it! to close the pop-up.

Step 2: Use Token ID on Dropthought Enterprise App    

Follow the below steps to complete the process:

1. Log in to the Dropthought Enterprise App using your Dropthought login credentials.

2. Click on the three dots from the bottom left corner of the screen.
   You will be redirected to the Setting page.

   

3. Click on Manage Linked Kiosks.

   

4. From the following screen, click on Link New Kiosk.

5. You will find Enter Token ID on the following screen. Click on it.

   

6. Enter the Token ID you got from the Kiosk App.

   

7. Click on Next to complete the process. Your kiosk device is now linked to your Dropthought account!
