Connect a Program

Once you have created dynamic collectors, it's time to connect it to a program! Please note that you can connect only one Program with a dynamic collector at a time.

Methods to Connect a Program

Below are the three methods by which you can connect a program with a dynamic collector:

1. Connect a program immediately after creating a dynamic collector:
   Follow the steps in Creating using Sub-link/QR list and Adding Individually to connect a program using this method.

2. From the Dynamic Collectors page:
   Refer to the following section for steps.

3. From a Program's Distribution Page:
   Follow the steps in Send a program using multiple QR codes to connect a program with a Dynamic Collector from its distribution page.

From Dynamic Collectors Page

You can create as many dynamic collectors as required. It will not be connected to any program unless you do it yourself. Follow the below steps to connect a program from the Dynamic Collectors page:

1. Navigate to the Lists on the left side panel.

   

    

2. Select Dynamic Collectors from the menu.

   

3. Click on the Connect Program provided against the required dynamic collector name.

   

4. From the following pop-up, select the Program and click on Connect Program.

   

5. The status will be updated against the Dynamic Collector name.

   

Note: You cannot connect a program with a Dynamic Collector unless you have added at least one QR code. The button Connect a program will be disabled in this case.

Change Program

You can change the Program connected with a dynamic collector anytime. The option to change a program will be available only for those connected with a program already.

Follow the below steps to change the Program:

1. From the Dynamic Collectors page, click on the Change program provided against the Dynamic Collector.

   

2. From the following pop-up, select the Program and click on Change program.

   

3. You will be prompted to confirm, click on Yes, Proceed to change the Program.

   

Note:

• You can connect only one Program to a Dynamic Collector.

• However, you can have more than one Dynamic Collector to collect responses for a program.
