Enable Jira Integration

Follow the below steps to enable the integration:

  1. Click on the integrations icon from the left side panel.

  1. Click on the Jira logo from the list of apps displayed.

  1. From the following page, click on Connect now button to get started with enabling the integration.

  1. From the following pop-up, enter the required information: Connection type, Auth type, Host name, Email, API token.

  2. Click on the Connect button.

  3. You will be prompted upon successful integration.

Disable Jira Integration

Follow the below steps to disable the integration:

  1. Follow steps 1 and 2 from the enable integration section (mentioned above).

  2. Click on Disconnect button to disable the integration.

  3. You will be prompted to confirm. Click on Yes, I’m sure to continue.

The Disconnect button will now be replaced by a Connect now button.
