Overview Tab on Mobile App

The overview tab in Dropthought's mobile app shows the number of responses, helping users understand response and abandonment rates. It also displays the Net Promoter Score (NPS), providing a quick view of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Response Trend

A graphical representation showing response rate changes over a specified period (daily, weekly, or monthly) helps you view your program's performance.

Net Promoter Score (NPS)

A key metric for measuring customer loyalty and satisfaction. Offers a straightforward perspective on various business issues. Helps in understanding and improving customer loyalty.

NPS rating is divided into three categories: Promoters, Passives, and Detractors.

Sort by date to date

Above all the Report tabs, you'll find a calendar icon that enables you to filter responses by date range, from the start of your program to the latest. It also allows for customizing and refining the date range.

It helps users quickly find specific responses to your programs according to their filtered data, saving time and making the app easier.

Pinned Cards

In the Overview Tab, there is a pin icon next to every card. To view the pinned cards, go to the pinned card button from the settings page.
