Enable Freshwork Integration

Follow the below steps to enable the integration:

  1. On the side navigation panel of the Home screen, identify the integrations icon and click on it.

  1. Now, click on the Freshdesk logo.

  1. From the following page, click on Connect now button to get started with enabling the integration.

  1. From the following pop-up, enter the required information: API key and Helpdesk name. You can find the same in your Freshdesk Account.

  2. Click on the Connect button.

  3. You will be prompted upon successful integration.

Disable Freshwork Integration

Follow the below steps to disable the integration:

  1. Follow steps 1 and 2 from the enable integration section (mentioned above).

  2. Click on Disconnect button to disable the integration.

  3. You will be prompted to confirm. Click on Yes, I’m sure to continue.

The Disconnect button will now be replaced by a Connect now button.
