Program Tabs

When you log in, you’ll see the homepage with Active, Expired and Inactive tabs. The homepage displays your ongoing and past programs.

Program Tabs

The mobile app’s Home Page is divided into the following sections:

1. Active

2. Expired 

3. Inactive

Active Programs 

Active programs in the dropthought mobile application generally refer to the various processes and tasks currently running and interacting with the program. These are the ongoing programs collecting feedback.

Each active program card consists of the following tabs:

• Program’s Name - This displays the name of the program.

• Program’s Duration - This displays the duration of the program. 

• Three Vertical Dots- Upon selecting this option, you can:

  • Update Program Duration

  • Hide Program

  • View Snapshot

  • Deactivate Program

• Number of Responses- Displays the total number of responses received during the selected program duration.

• NPS- Displays the NPS score for the selected program duration.

• Program Description- Under the program's name, the program description will appear, if added.

• Metrics Tracked- This metrics tracker displays the metrics score for all the added metrics of the program. Clicking on See All will expand your details, highlighting the Preferred Metrics.

• Program Information-program related information such as:

  • Estimated time: It displays the estimated time to complete the program. It is a system-generated data.

  • Skip logic: Upon clicking the option, you can view any skip logic applied to the program.

  • Program Type: It displays if the respective program is Anonymous/Non-anonymous.

  • Channels Used: It displays the active distribution channels for the program.

• Get QR- You can view the program's QR code by clicking the Get QR option below the program card.

• Copy Link- Click on Copy Link to share it via other channels.

• Share- Share the Dropthought program via other available apps on the mobile device.

Expired Programs 

These are previous programs that are no longer gathering responses. These programs have generally reached their expiration dates and are not in use. Similar to the Active Program tab, each of the program cards will display the basic details of the program (please refer to the Active Program to read more about the details displayed on the program card).

Hidden Programs 

If there are programs that currently don't require your attention, you have the option to hide them temporarily. Later, you can choose to reveal these hidden programs. This feature allows you to manage the visibility of programs based on your current needs. Upon hiding, other users who have access to the respective program can also find the program within Hidden Programs.  

Inactive Programs

Any program that is deactivated manually.
