Manage Dynamic Collectors

Dynamic collectors help you to edit or update the QR codes after creation, allowing you to change the content they link to without changing the physical code itself and helping you to switch the programs without changing the physical code. 

 This article helps you to understand:

1. How can you find your dynamic collectors in the Dropthought mobile account?

2. What happens when you disconnect a program from a dynamic collector?

3. How do you switch programs connected to a QR code using the mobile app?

4. What are the various options available when you click on "View QRs"?

Follow the below steps to use Dynamic Collectors from your mobile app:

1. Log in to your Dropthought mobile account.

2. Navigate to the Settings page by clicking the three dots at the bottom of the screen.

   

3. Click on "Manage Dynamic Collectors." This is where you can see all your dynamic collectors.

4. You'll find information about whether a collector is active or inactive and if it's connected to any program.

   

5. If you click the dropdown button, you'll see these options:

   

   1. Disconnect Program from the Dynamic Qrs: This will remove the link between the program and the collector, stopping feedback collection and responses from that collector.

   2. Change Program: Use this to switch the feedback collection from one program to another.

      

      

   3. View QRs: This lets you see the QR code and download it in PNG or JPEG format.

      

   4. Download and Share QRs: Use this to download and share the QR codes on your social media platforms.

      

   5. View Activity Log: This option shows whether your selected program is active or inactive.

      

Note

At the top of these options, there is a small red or green icon that shows whether the QR codes are currently active and collecting feedback, or inactive and not linked to a program.
